How does it work?

First, to schedule an appointment  you must enter your basic info and select the day and time you prefer to visit us. You will receive your confirmation immediately via email. 
During this time you will be accompanied by our staff who will assist you at all times. 

We ask you to be punctual at the time of the appointment. This service is personalized and this space will be reserved just for you during the session time.

A couple of things to keep in mind before booking your appointment

 

 The duration of this visit will be for a limited time of 1 hour and 20 minutes.

​

Due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 in the Dom. Rep., we have limited our space to one person per session (unaccompanied) for this reason, if you attend accompanied, this person must wait for you at our reception .


Take into account that this service is personalized and subject to availability; Those who book first will be served in that order.
 

We have the complementary service in which we offer recommendations according to your requirement. This service is free.

 

At the time of scheduling online it is NOT necessary to make any type of payment.

 

For your safety; We have indoor parking with surveillance  and a modern waiting room.
