What does this service include?

The complete package includes; Personalized interview with our designer for an estimated time of two hours, fabrics, materials, making the piece and home delivery.

Can I show up without an appointment?

Since this is a personalized service, it is necessary to schedule an appointment.

What is the preparation and delivery time?

The average time is 2-3 weeks from the date of the interview and payment completion, depending on the existing work flow this time may be less.

Why is the delivery time so long?

This is a personalized service, based on your interview and taking measurements, the exclusive pattern or mold will be created for your body, then your piece is cut and assembled.

What fabrics and patterns are available?

We have a variety of solid fabrics available in various colors and patterns. We have other catalogs of special fabrics that we order from our international supplier.

What type of fabric do you use?

We use high quality fabrics, including fabrics made from recycled fiber, 4 Way Stretch Lycra, Scuba, among others.

Do I have to pay for my shipment?

The cost of national and international shipping is included in the total paid.

Are there additional charges?

No. All costs are included in the package amount.

What about the amount paid in advance?

The amount advanced will be deducted from the total to be paid.

I made the payment for my reservation, how do I pay the remaining amount?

The full amount must be paid on the day of your interview to avoid delays in the delivery of your piece.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Credit Card, YOYO payment link.

What if I decide to cancel my appointment, is my advance refunded?

Your amount is fully refunded if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel outside this time, we will grant you a credit note to be used in our online store.

I am outside the Dominican Republic, how can I hire the service?

You can make a video conference. When scheduling your appointment, you select the video conference option. Connection details and preparations to take into account will be sent to you by email.

If I am outside the Dominican Republic, how are my measurements taken?

You should have a flexible tape measure with you at the time of your appointment. Our designer will give you all the details, guide and instructions.

What measures are being taken to prevent Coronavirus Sars-Cov2?

Your body temperature will be taken when you enter our building, we provide you with antibacterial gel, access to water and soap to wash your hands.  

Both you and our staff must use a Surgical mask, KN 95 or N95 at the time of the interview (filter masks or cloth masks are not allowed).

Due to distancing measures, it is not allowed to enter our study with a companion. If you come with someone, this person will have to wait at our reception.
